Return and Refund Policy

Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the EU or the UK, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
Independently of the statutory right above, GIVERDI offers a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused, in its original condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned in its original packaging, including the Magnetbox and the calfskin hang tag
How to Start a Return
Contact us at giverdi.premere@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns must be approved by us before being sent back — unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once approved, we'll confirm the return address with you; returns are sent to our business address: Christian Huber, Am Feuersang, 5542 Flachau, Austria.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns are free of charge. Once your return is approved, we send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at giverdi.premere@gmail.com.
Exchanges
You can exchange your piece for another size, free of charge, as long as that size is still available. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange it. Please send back the original item including the calfskin hang tag.
