Return and Refund Policy

Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the EU or the UK, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. This statutory right does not apply to orders where you have chosen to have your calfskin hang tag personalized, as this makes the order clearly personalized to your specifications and it can no longer be resold.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
Independently of the statutory right above, GIVERDI offers a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order, for orders that do not include a personalized hang tag. If your hang tag was personalized, your order is excluded from returns entirely, under both this policy and the statutory right described above.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused, in its original condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned in its original packaging, including the Magnetbox
How to Start a Return
Contact us at giverdi.premere@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns must be approved by us before being sent back — unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once approved, we'll confirm the return address with you; returns are sent to our business address: Christian Huber, Am Feuersang, 5542 Flachau, Austria.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item arrived damaged, you received the wrong item, or the piece has a manufacturing defect — in these cases, we cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at giverdi.premere@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, please return your original item (where eligible under this policy) and place a new order.
