Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of giverdiarchive.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from GIVERDI, operated by Christian Huber, Am Feuersang, 5542 Flachau, Austria. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, and that any information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

Products

Each GIVERDI piece is part of a numbered edition of 25 and, once sold, is not reproduced. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device's display. If you choose to personalize your order (for example, a name for your box or hang tag), that personalization is applied exactly as you enter it — please review it carefully before submitting your order.

Orders and Payment

A contract is only concluded once you receive an order confirmation from GIVERDI. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or where a piece has become unavailable. All prices are stated in EUR. As a small business under § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged on our prices.

Shipping

We currently ship within the DACH region, Benelux, the UK, and the USA. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy for further details.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are a consumer located in the EU or the UK, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. This statutory right does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized to your specifications — under our personalization option, this means an order where you have chosen to have your calfskin hang tag personalized is excluded from the right of withdrawal, as it can no longer be resold.

Independently of this statutory right, GIVERDI offers a voluntary 30-day return policy for orders that do not include a personalized hang tag, as described in our Return and Refund Policy. Where the two overlap, whichever gives you the better outcome applies to non-personalized orders.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GIVERDI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, intent, or personal injury.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Where you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protections afforded by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects when these Terms were most recently revised.
