Processing Time
Each GIVERDI piece is prepared individually, and orders with a personalized hang tag require additional preparation time. Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Benelux, the UK, and the USA.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is complimentary on all orders. This covers shipping only — it does not include any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply to orders shipped outside the European Union. These are not shown at checkout; see Customs and Import Duties below.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders to Germany and Austria typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Orders to Switzerland, Benelux, the UK, and the USA generally take a little longer, as all orders are shipped from Austria. Exact estimated delivery times for your destination are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Carriers
We ship with Österreichische Post or GLS, depending on your destination and the size of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped to Switzerland, the UK, or the USA may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country, as these are outside the European Union. Because the exact amount depends on the destination country's regulations and can vary, these costs are not included in your order and are not shown at checkout. They are the responsibility of the customer and are typically collected by the carrier or local customs authority at the time of delivery.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, GIVERDI is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or events outside our reasonable control.
